The Jeffrey Davidow Good Neighbor Award 2024

Presented at the Forum’s annual Conference, the Jeffrey Davidow Good Neighbor Award honors Ambassador Davidow’s emblematic diplomatic career and recognizes individuals who promote cooperation and understanding between the U.S. and Mexico.

Awardee 2024

The 2024 Jeffrey Davidow Good Neighbor Award was presented to Laura Diez Barroso Azcarraga and Carlos Laviada Ocejo to honor their extraordinary contributions to U.S.-Mexico mobility in the Tijuana-San Diego region. Thanks to their initiative, Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico and Cross Border Xpress have revitalized the region and, consequently, enhanced connectivity between Mexico and California.
