Daniel Servitje
On April 20, the 2026 Jeffrey Davidow Good Neighbor Award will be presented to Daniel Servitje, for his outstanding leadership in advancing economic integration between Mexico and the United States through the private sector. As a visionary business leader, he has fostered cross-border trade, investment, and collaboration, strengthening bilateral economic ties and creating opportunities on both sides of the border.
Daniel Servitje
Daniel Servitje was born in Mexico City. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad Iberoamericana and a Master of Business Administration from Stanford University.
He served as CEO of Grupo Bimbo from 1997 to 2024, when he assumed the role of Executive Chair.
Grupo Bimbo has become a global player in the food industry, with products that have become household names for consumers in 39 countries around the world. Its more than 153,000 employees consider Daniel an accessible, action-oriented, and market-driven leader.
He currently serves on the following Boards:
